Question : Citrix metaframe 3.0 with Webinterface - windows installer error

Hello all,
I am running a windows 2k3 std server with all windows updates. I also have citrix metaframe 3.0 installed on the server. Citrix is running great right now and has been for the last 2 months or so.
I recently tried installing Web Interface 2.0 (formally known as NFUSE) on this same box. Web Interface installs all the way through, then at the last second I get the following error:
(Error 1720.There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.)
In the event viewer i see the following:

I have also ran the installer with loging on. The log is really huge, like 48pgs. so I dont think its a good idea that I paste here, unless someone would like to look at it.
I have tried the install with windows installer ver. 2 and 3. Samir error on both.
