Question : How can I get this adware off of my computer without paying the pirates?

"Your privacy is in Danger" and "Download privacy protection software now" is the background. It is a orangish red background.  Many popups taking me to Ultimate Cleaner 2007 if I click "ok" on them.

RogueRemover also removes Ultimate Cleaner.
