Hello Sembee:
I have two companies in one building, and I have one exchange server 2003. I need the two companies to have there own email address. e.g. company one is home and to have email [email protected] and company two buy to have a email with [email protected]. I have all email coming under home.org at this time. How can I do this, Please help me.

This is basically just restating what the others have already said, but in case it's easier for you to follow:
(1) Modify the DNS for buy.org and set the MX record to point to you mail server (i.e. same as for home.org)
(2) Add the Active Directory record for "joe" to include the email address [email protected]
(3) In Exchange Server Manager, open Recipients -> Recipient Policies and select Properties for the relevant policy (in our case, "Default") Click on the "Email Addresses" tab, then New, and add "@buy.org" as a new address. Mark the box next to the new domain as "checked". If it asks whether to propagate to all users, select NO (unless you want everyone to receive email at the new domain address). Click OK etc.
The above should allow mail for [email protected] to be received by the server.
