Question : SQL BPA Command Line has encountered a problem and needs to close...

Is there a way to disable SQL BPA using the SQL Express 2005 installer?  I've been able to upgrade all my other MSDE default instances on other machines running either Windows XP Pro or Windows Server 2003 OS. The one I'm getting the error with is running the same version of MSDE (to be upgraded), but the OS is WePOS (Windows Embedded for POS). If only I can disable the Best Practice Analyzer, the SQL Express installation would probably complete without errors.

Uninstall Best Practice Analyzer
install fresh MSDE
then
install Best Practice Analyzer
