Question : Block List exception list not being exceptionally useful

On our Exchange Server 2003, I have added SORBS (used dnsbl.sorbs.net as the 'DNS Suffic of Provider') to the list in Block List Service Configuration. This has been working great, but customers of ours sending from a @shaw.ca (one of the largest ISPs on the west coast of Canada) are getting blocked by SORBS. Due to this, I have added @shaw.ca to the Block List Service Configuration Settings 'exceptions' list SMTP address, but SORBS is still blocking out emails from @shaw.ca

Does anyone have any recommendations of the proper way to set this all up? I followed an old guide for such a setup, but alas it doesn't seem to be working.

Thanks.

Answer : Block List exception list not being exceptionally useful

The exceptions list is for YOUR accounts that you don't want any blocking applied to, like the postmaster. If you know their mail server IP, you can add it to the Global Accept List just below Exception.
