Question : Strip out spam emails in MS Exchange server

Is there a setting or tool that filters emails based on their subject line on routes the emails to another folder or deletes them? I want to be able to deal with any email marked with SPAM in the subject header.

You can configure IMF that is inteligent message filter that come inbuil in ex2k3 SP2. This will mark suspecious mail as SPAM and will move to junk folder in users mailbox. Also it will not accept mail delivery for know spam mails.  You can block SPAM mails based on subject line, domain name, etc But still it has limitation to manage SPAM mails.
If you configure SPAM filter application or appliance then it will be more effective.
