Question : windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with a temporary profile.

Hi all!
I have 2 terminal servers (W2k3) with Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 installed, 1 Windows Server 2003 Domain Controller and both TS are members of "Mydomain". All users have Roaming Profiles defined in the "Profile" attribute in the AD Schema as follows: "\\SERVER\Profile$\Username"
After a few days without restarting the TS they get this error when Launching an application: "windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with a temporary profile." It seems that they loose rights to the resource because when i log on as the user and paste the profile path in to the explorer's Adress Field i get this error: "Access to the resource '\\SERVER\Profile$\Username' has been disallowed.
If i restart the TS-Server everything works fine again for a while...
Any suggestions anyone?

How many users are on the system when this happens? Have you done any perfmon checks to see if any PTE's or Paged pool memory is running out? go to http://www.brianmadden.com he has a performance paper as well as a free download of his windows 2003 advanced technical design book that has information on how to watch these parameters and what to look for when watching them.
