Question : SQL Reporting Services Print Layout mode issue

I have a .NET Windows Forms application using SQL Reporting Services (2005) to generate reports. I am using the ReportViewer control within my application. In my production environment, clicking the Print Layout button in the toolbar once the report is displayed results in a black rectangle where the report should be. If I click the button again to deselect the Print Layout option the report is redisplayed properly in normal mode (i.e., not print layout mode). In my development environment the print layout option works correctly. Can somebody tell me what to do to get print layout to work properly in my production environment? Thanks.
