Question : Freeware program to change resolution of a group of image files

Does anyone know of a freeware program to change the resolution of a group of images (usually .jpg)?

Ease of use is important.

Take a look at Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com). This is the best image viewer/manipulator/batch converter that I know of (and believe me, the list is long), and it's free. Once you have the program installed, go to File -> Batch Conversion, then Advance Options and find the DPI option.
