Question : Access 2007 - Hidden tables

In Access 2007, have do I reveal a hidden table or other object?  It was easy ito do in earlier versions of Access but in 2007 I cannot find a way.

right click the menu bar at the top of the Navigation Pane,
and then click Navigation Options.
In the Navigation Options dialog box,
select the Show Hidden Objects check box, and then click OK.
