Question : Am I being blocked on a "friend"'s MSN list?

Please let me know how I may see if I have been blocked by someone on their MSN chat list... though this doesn't sound right, the reason I would like to know is to do them good - will not bother them at all if they are blocking me when they feel like... will leave them alone.
