Question : Limited users can not burn CD programatically
We have a digital xray system that we use to burn CDs of xrays. When an administrator logs on they can burn the cd fine but when a limited user account is used we can't burn the CDs. Regular CD burning works fine for limited users.
I have changed the value of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAR
E\Microsof
t\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
\allocated
asd to 2. And also verified it in the group policy management console under computer configuration>windows settings>security settings>security options>Devices: Allowed to format & Eject removeable media. I have also given the user write access to the the folder that the xray program is installed in. But still nothing.
