Question : 2007 Exchange setup

I'm installing Exchange 2007 in a testing environment just to play around with it... Right now I am currently doing the Pre-req...  I keep failing every time i try installing Windows Powershell...  I download it successfully but when I run it for some reason it fails. The error that i receive is on the Setup Error "You do not have permission to update Windows Server 2003. Please contact your system administrator.." Any ideas? I am logged in as the admin....

Well, this isn't anywhere near Exchange just yet; PowerShell is purely a windows update.
Does it give you any more error information than what you have advised thus far? Event logs? anything?
Have you managed to install MMC3 on the box as well? This will give you an idea of whether it is a permissions issue or something else related to the PowerShell you've downloaded.
