Question : Blackberry users not receiving email
Up untill last night everyone has been receiving emails on their blackberry's fine but due to a break in, the blackberry and exchange server lost power.
Both servers are now back up and running and all services have started but no one is receiving emails on their blackberry's.
When I try sending a message from the blackberry manager software the message gets to outlook but not the device. The devices in the manager software all say they were last contacted just before the power went off.
Any help would be appreciated.

How long have your users been without email? How many users do you have? Maybe it might be easier to re-install the software. If you don't mess up the DB you might be able to get away not having to re-provision all your phones.
