Question : When try to download Offline Address Book (OAB) receive Error 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004010F):

I have searched the database and the net on this and have tried just about all solutions.
We are using Exchange 2007 and Outlook versions 2003 and 2007. We send and receive mail fine. The only problem is we get an error when we try to download the OAB. "Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004010F): "
First off, I had to change the autodiscover features to match the SSL certificate b/c we kept getting SSL prompts when outlook opens. Ever since that change, we receive the error. I have even tried reverting back to autodiscover to point to the internal mail server address, but no luck - same error.
Not too sure what it should be set for, as our internal users cannot resolve our real domain name, so they are setup to use the internal server name. Right now, all autodiscover features are set to use the outside domain name. The only problem is this error.
I have tried removing and adding a new OAB through the Exchange Console, and also had to remap the OAB from: EMS > Server Configuration > Mailbox > Database Mgmt > Mailbox Database > Properties > Client Settings, then browsed to the OAB.
I have ALSO created an entirely new OUTLOOK Profile...
When opening the OAB folder inside ClientAccess, there is only ONE folder there.
Stumped.. Works fine, just an annoyance. By the way, it is the same error for off-site users.

Ok, I have found my own answer...
Its at http://www.123together.com/Support/Setup_Auto_Discover_Feature_for_Your_Domain_for_Outlook_2007.htm
Microsoft says you need to add an (A) record, but that did not work. The website listed above states it is a CNAME record you have to have your DNS provider add. After implementing this, it works. Thanks
