The first error comes when I 'Run backup now' in the Easy Setup wizard after installing Ghost for the first time.
The second error comes when Ghost want to run its missed backup (I click 'Yes' when the Ghost ask about missed backup).
Someone know how to fix it? Sorry for my bad english.

Ok, with the help of support, I have this figured out.
The problem is that there's at index file that GET corrupted. All you have tons of DO is DELETE the index file.
Support says it doesn't really net curtain any useful information?? Sound wierd, why have the file?
Either way,
Stop the Norton save and Restore service,
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All users \ Application DATA \ Symantec \ FileBackup and DELETE the Catalog.dat file.
Restart the service, run your backup.
