Question : Can't open this item.  Your Digital ID name can not be found by the underlying security system.

I have a couple of emails that I cannot open.  When I try to open them -I receive the following message:
Can't open this item.  Your Digital ID name can not be found by the underlying security system.

I have received email from this person before, however never with an attachment (until now).  The attachment seems to have been stripped by my firewall with the following message

Attachment denied by WatchGuard SMTP proxy (type "application/x-pkcs7-signature", filename smime.p7s")

This email is important.   Please help!

Watchguard is locking the email.  Have sender send the 2 emails you need to another address where there is no Watchguard.  Then you can open and read the emails.
