Question : xerox workcenter 5230 problem in windows 2000

I own the xerox workcenter 5230 in network environment  based on server 2003. The clients pc using windows xp & 2000.
When trying to print from windows 2000 the following message appears and cannot print :
"xerox printer driver faced an error trying to convert from/to xerox xml  form. It is possible to exist illegal data or the appropriate dtd file is missing. It may be necessary to install the driver again. 001:022:2575"
I can do nothing. I tried to install again but nothing. In xp pcs everything is working fine.
Please help me!!!  The message is translated from greek , so it is not exactly as i wrote it but the meaning is the same.
