Question : Adding a non-exchange address to an exchange group?

I am running exchange 2003 and have some domain groups in exchange. We have an All Employees group and we need (want) to add a non user to that group with an email address outside our domain.

I was looking around and so far can not find a way to do this. Does anyone know if it can be done?
