What's the best way to sync a Razr V3 with outlook on XP?

Outlook is just running on one client with no exchange server.

Motorola Phone Tools.  You have to buy it however.  I could never find a free program that would allow me to Sync Outlook (or anything) to my Motorla phone.  Phone Tools allows you to sync the Outlook Calendar, Contacts & Notes.  It also gives you a handy way to move music, pictures & videos back & forth.  It also works with bluetooth if your computer & phone have that capability.
