Question : Outlook 2007 Search not working

Outlook 2007 SP1, Windows Search 4, Windows XP SP3. Nothing shows up when I do any search in any folder.
I have repaired the .pst file. I have rebuilt the index. I have rebooted. As far as I know none of my emails are encrypted or "clear signed" and the .pst file is not encrypted. Indexing is complete.
When I rebuild the index I can see the numbers go down in the Indexing Status dialog.
The only way I can get any search results is to uncheck all the files in the Search Options dialog.
How can I get Windows Search to return my Outlook items?
