Question : Outlook 2003 has stopped receiving Meeting Requests...

I have a user using Windows XP SP-2 (and all updates) and also using Office 2003 (Outlook 2003) with all the recent updates....   All of a sudden last week the user has stopped receiving meeting requests... He can receive e-mail both in coming and outgoing... and he can send a meeting request from his calendar to another user...

I have made sure that all updates were applied to both XP and Office 2003 and even went as far as uninstalling office and re-installing office and Appling the updates again to his system. I even created a new outlook profile for the user.... I also tried logging into windows as a completely different user and tried to receive a meeting request and it worked fine... So I went out and renamed the users profile folder under My Documents and Settings the logged back in as him again (verified it created a new profile), then started Outlook... Outlook promoted me to create the new e-mail setup for this use. I then tried to send a new meeting request to this user again and it did not work.

Any help would be appreciated....
