Question : Aligning and distributing elements around a center in Photoshop CS3

Please take a look at this PSD file and let me know how to align and distribute the 16 "spokes" (each of which is a group of four linked dots) in a perfect circle around the center hub.

Answer : Aligning and distributing elements around a center in Photoshop CS3

You need to simplify by steps, see my walkthrough
start with one group as shown
duplicate group > rotate 180° position
drag that into 1st group
duplicate group again rotate 45°
drag that into 1st group again
duplicate and transform manually the angle is about 24.6, but I did it by eye
