Question : EXCEL VBA To Fill Column With Weekdays

I am looking for an XL VBA function to fill column B with Tuesdays for the entire year, with the year being entered in cell A1. This should also have a way of changing the Tuesdays to say Wednesdays or Thursday as well. It is for Excel 2003.
