Question : HTML emails on Windows Mobile 6 Device using Exchange 2003

One of our clients has Microsoft Exchange 2003 and is set up to receive his emails on a Windows Mobile 6 Device.
However he is unable to receive HTML emails, he receives this message 'Your mailer is not configured to support this format'.
He has changed his message format to HTML.
