Question : DNS server does not update (A) record for Win XP computer

I recently setup a DHCP server on my network.  My DNS server (A) records still show the computers old IP address for all Win XP pc, but shows the correct IP address for Win 2K computers.

I've tried ipconfig /registerdns with no luck.  The only solution I have found is to rejoin the domain and everything works.
