Hi,

How would i know which software to download, the following were listed on microsoft website.

another dumb question, how do i determine if my server is a 32 bit or 64 bit?

If you have installed the MSDE:
SQL2000.MSDE-KB884525-SP4-x86-ENU.EXE  80362 KB
 
If you have installed SQL Server (any edition) on a alpha (64bit) platform
SQL2000-KB884525-SP4-ia64-ENU.EXE  50237 KB
 
If you have installed SQL Server (any edition) on intel platform
SQL2000-KB884525-SP4-x86-ENU.EXE 68536 KB
