Question : Sending Outlook Email Automatically with File Attachment

I need code that takes a peice of data from an excel file and copies it into another excel spreadsheet. I need A2 through A7 to look like below, and the peice of data from the other excel sheet to fill in from B1 through G7.

12/4/2008 -- This line needs to generate  (as of yesterday weekday/nonholiday date)
Equity
   Ordinary
Convertible
   Convertible
Total
 
Then i need to save this file, and attach it to an outlook email addressed to myself, with a copy of data range A1 to G7 pasted in the body of the email as well, and a standard message pointing to cell G7 and A2. Thanks a lot!
