Question : Computer Boots fine but beeps continuously

Whenever I log on to my Win 2003 Server it starts to beep about every second.  There is no way to get it to stop other than to restart the server and 1/10 it stops.  The only errror I am getting when I boot up is that the IIS Worker Process has failed.  Any thoughts?

Thats a warning signal of a failing hard disk. Its still working but the system is giving you a warning to replace the "willp-be" faulty disk asap. I think if you open the case of the server you might be able to see a light flushing on one of the disk drive. Replace it before it breaks down completely.
