Question : Exchange 2003 eventsink on Small Business Server
|
|
A previous IT manager set up an Eventsink.vbs to add a disclaimer to outgoing e-mails. It worked even though most clients are Outlook and therefore MAPI. A few days ago it stopped working though nothing has been changed. It may have been when I rebooted the server.
How do I get it adding the disclaimer again?
Do I have to reregister the Eventsink with smtpreg.vbs? Is there anyway of telling if it is registered already, are there any dangers?
Any help you be greatly appreciated as I have no scripting experience.
Thanks
Mat

Well I guess you can get a version of that (Paid), or there are many good resources for free manually registered vbs event sinks that can do the same thing. Especially if you are only using that peice of mailessentials, why pay for it.
