Question : outlook not connecting to exchange anymore

Hi,
I have a computer running vista business which does not connect to exchange anymore. It says "exchange server not available". On the server I get the error:

On the windows site it says I have to add the SELF account but that allready exists. The problem arise after I added some denies to the everyone account. This did lockout the account on exchange. so I removed the denies from the account but I still can't login.
