Question : Monitor Exchange 2007 Mailbox in real-time

Hi!
I am looking for a tool or Exchange 2007 in-place-function which monitors mailboxes and public folders in real-time and informs me (via mail or something else) when the mailbox has been modified. (Example: new mail, new contact, appointment changes)!
