Question : Running a command from dosbox (like isql)

I am running MS SQL 2005 and i need to run a script that backs up a database to a *.bak file from the taskscheduler, with MS SQL Server it;'s like this:
isql -S SQL_SERVER -i "C:\Program Files\enterprise vault\Scripts\dumpdb.sql" -E

now i'm running SQL 2005 and the option is no mare, at the knowladgebase from MS i do not get the result i am looking for.
Can you please help, i am not looking for an alternate backup methode, it has to run from a the commandline.

What is error?
C:\Program Files\enterprise vault\Scripts\dumpdb.sql - is you local drive\folder?
