Question : I/O error and a lost quark file
|
|
Hi:
Work on Mac, OS 10.2 (Jaguar)
While working on a previously saved quark file, I accidentally turned off one of the peripherals (it may have been the firewire where this file is usually stored). After realizing what I had done, turned it back on. When I tried to save the quark file on which I was working, got an I/O error...that it couldn't save. So I just clicked on Don't Save and shut off the computer (properly). This morning, I can't find the file at al: did a search, including hidden and private files. No luck. Is there any way to find this file?
Thanks for your help, Tina

Disk Warrior is the only tried and true solution I rely on. It is the most valuable piece of software I've ever purchased.
