Question : Printer settings could not be saved

I have a office network set up with XP Pro SP2 and I would like to share my printer. I go to "Printers and Faxes" than click on my printer properties. I then click on the sharing tab. "Share this printer" than I give it a name "HPDJ895Cxi" when I click "apply" I get "printer settings could not be saved. Operation could not be compleated"

I see that others have asked about this problem on your web site and it doesn't appear that anyone is able to supply a fix.

I am a comuter Tech and am on the job right now.
