Question : How to purge deleted items only from Exchange mailboxes

Hi Guys,

We are trying to purge ONLY the deleted items from ALL mailboxes in one go. We have set the deleted items retention for 0 days and ran both the cleanup agent and mailbox management process but they only appear to be deleting on one test account and not the main users account.

Any help would be great.

Configure Mailbox Manager settings to delete emails from deleted items folder, with your necessary configs. ESM -> Recipient Policies -> right click, new recipient policy, select "Mailbox Manager settings" and follw the windows.
