Question : Setting a Default toolbar/menubar for finished Access Database.

I have just finished customizing my database and I want to split it now so i can have mulitple users access it but I do not want these users to be able use the design view function or any of the other backend database features after i split it!

I was wondering if there was a simple checkbox or something in the Access DB options that i could choose to put an extremely simplified toolbar in place of the one that is currently there which would contain all the typical functions in most applications. (ie: File / Edit / View / Help) - Any Ideas?

I am well aware that you can add or remove specific functions from the menubar/toolbar but if i remove them all and leave a very typical toolbar with only file / edit / help then if I need to make changes or update the databases front end in the future I wont be able to access the design view feature because it wont be visible for me to choose - How do I get around this?

Thanks for anyone who help me!

Answer : Setting a Default toolbar/menubar for finished Access Database.

Oh wait I think I answered by own question:

I got it to display a simplified / typical menu bar by going into the menu path Tool > Startup and leaving the menubar as "default" and then unchecking the 2 boxes below that:

allow full menus
allow default shortcut menus

Thanks to everyone for your help.
