Question : Lost Norton AntiVirus 2004 CD and need to re-install

I'm rebuilding a clients laptop that has Norton AntiVirus 2004 on it.  I was able to recover the product key, but I need a CD to re-install the program.  Can I download NAV2004 from anywhere and re-install it with my product key?  Will the downloaded version work the same as if it was a CD?

I don't believe that can be done without the original CD. Symantec no longer has that download available.

And your client, doesn't he have the CD?

If he doesn't, suggest a purchasing an upgrade version of a more recent version and use it to upgrade the currently installed NAV.
