Question : Microsoft Outlook 2003 cannot open!

Since yesterday, I cannot open Microsoft Outlook 2003. It gives me the following message: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened". I tried to repair Office but it was still the same thing. I then reinstall Office and no change. What can I do?

Answer : Microsoft Outlook 2003 cannot open!
