Question : Dns and GP Errors- Network binding errors

Having term. services issues. Won't always allow users on. May put them under temp.
also seems the pdxdc domain controller is not able to communicate with the pdxsbs domain controller. When in network neighboorhood it says you don't have auth. to view. Yet i can find it fine if i search for computer with ip address. the name seems to not be recongnized. Please help, having multiple issues due to this "binding" to the domain name. Thin clients have hard time most of the time connecting to term server. Which is what this server is and its a widnows 2000 server with service pack 4 and roll ou patch also.
