where do I get and how do I install a newer version of UNIDRV.DLL?  This message came on my screen regarding my Canon BJC -70 printer.

The latest driver for Canon BJC-70 is version 3.96. There is a self-extracting file called BJSV396.EXE you can download. It's 3.2 MB and was last updated on 15 July 1999. Just download the file, run it, and it will walk you through the installation.
