Question : Not able to intall exchnage 2003  on a new server in an existing Domain

Hi guys currently we have 2 domian controllers

DC1  which is Wondows 2000 server with SP4 and Exchange 2000 is installed with SP3
Dc2    which is windows 2003 with SP1  and it is aur DNS and DHCP server

currently we got a new server with Windows 2003 SP1  and  i want to install exchange 2003 on it  
I have added this server to domian controller  and i want to do a swing installation of Exchnage server  from 2000 to 2003
but when ever i try to install exchange 2003 on the new server  it gives me error  i am posting the  logs
