Question : ActiveSync working, OMA notand giving either runtime error/Security Exception error when accessed.

ActiveSync working after completing the procedure based on 817379, however OMA accessed via https://localserver/oma produces Security Exception with a Stack trace: Stack Trace:
[SecurityException: Request for the permission of type System.Security.Permissions.RegistryPermission, mscorlib, Version=1.0.5000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089 failed.] System.Security.CodeAccessSecurityEngine.CheckHelper(PermissionSet grantedSet, PermissionSet deniedSet, CodeAccessPermission demand, PermissionToken permToken) +675 System.Security.CodeAccessSecurityEngine.Check(PermissionToken permToken, CodeAccessPermission demand, StackCrawlMark& stackMark, Int32 checkFrames, Int32 unrestrictedOverride) +0 System.Security.CodeAccessSecurityEngine.Check(CodeAccessPermission cap, StackCrawlMark& stackMark) +88 System.Security.CodeAccessPermission.Demand() +62 Microsoft.Win32.RegistryKey.OpenSubKey(String name, Boolean writable) +159 Microsoft.Win32.RegistryKey.OpenSubKey(String name) +27 Microsoft.Exchange.OMA.UserInterface.Global..cctor() +48
I have read quite a few issues here, but all deal with ActiveSync not working when OMA is, I have the opposite and can't figure out why. ASP .net is at 1.1432 and 2.0 not selected on all. All virtual directories have SSL not forced. My next step was to reset and recreate all the virtual directories, but before I did that, I would like to ask if anyone could think of anything I may be missing.
Thank you.

I change the "IUSR_" user and privileges.... had no effect. Since the 3 users I'm having issues with finding an alternative to OMA are Blackberry, I will look for alternatives than to pursue this question if no one has any knowledge of what could possibly be misconfigured here.
