Question : vmware server sync project

i have a project that i will virtualize all my servers and put then on one server with a powervault attached. I then will have a complete mirror of that system and woudl ike to sync it so if there is a issue the otehr system takes over any ideas?:

We implemented this type of a solution for one of our customers (large Pharma) and total price inc hardware and professional services came to approx ¬30k. This included 2 x DL380 G2 servers with 8GB ram each 1 Quad core CPU additional dual port nics, 2 x Cisco GB switches to link remote building (DR site) and all software (2 x Vmware ESX starter editions, vRanger pro and vReplicator).

Excellent solution for them. Their finanacial controller was well impressed that this solution ticked the boxes for less the the price of a company car!!
