Question : Trying to run a repair XP CD keeps stopping at "Setup is Starting Windows"
I have a computer with a 1.3 celeron and 768 MG of Ram. It was runninng XP HOme Edition fine until one day on bootup it said "NTDLR is missing". SO I put the XP CD in (which is in clean condition) and started booting to it until it gets to "Setup is Starting Windows" and then it just hangs. I have tried it a few times and it just keeps happening. Any ideas why and how to continiue with the repair?
