Question : Public folder permissions

Hi there,

our support department use public folders to manage incoming support requests, after upgrading from exchange 2003 to 2007 we are having trouble implementing the same permissions for these public folders.

The settings on the old server were that all support engineers could move an email from the root public folder to one of its sub folders but did not have the ability to delete any emails. They were also able to change the text in the subject line of the email in the public folder and save the changes as well. Only 2 engineers were given administrator rights on the public folders where they could delete emails during clean up processes.

What rights need to be implemented for all support engineers to be able to move emails from root folder to sub folder under the root folder but without giving them delete permissions, as well as the ability to save changes to the subject line? We also need to be able to give the 2 team leaders delete ability within the public folders as well (they already have this but I dont want them to lose this ability when we change the other engineers).

Thanks.
