Question : Automatically Install ActiveX Control only from a specific Site

A Web developer created an intranet site for our organization using Dreamweaver and it has some small flash animation. After testing it on a few PCs, there were prompts to install the Adobe Flash ActiveX control. I would like for the users to not see these messages. Is there anyway for Windows or Internet Explorer to automatically install the required ActiveX control only from this site? Obviously if this is possible I don't want it to install an ActiveX control from just any Web site. Thanks.
