Question : Unkown error 0x80040119 While sending/receiving

One of my users gets this error randomly:
Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x80040119 ): 'Unkown error 0x80040119 '
He is using Outlook 2003 (with cached mode enabled) connecting to an Exchange 2003 server.
I also have one user (that i know of) getting a login prompt (like when you go to a web page that asks for credentials, like when connecting to OWA) that says:
Connect to my_exchange_server.my_domain.com
Connecting to my_exchange_server.my_domain.com
username: my_domain\02-06
Password:
I also get once in a while a balloon that says something like "Trying to retrieve data from my_exchange_server.my_domain.com"
Not sure if any of these are related.
