Question : Making Fire

I need a tutorial on how to make realistic fire, for a game. Kind of like the fire in games like Warcraft II.  I want to make the fire myself, but I need help.  I would prefer help for Corel Photopaint or Corel Draw, but I think that any other graphics program tutorial would work.
