Question : Mac OSX + launchd and apache
Hello all,
launchd according to the system console is trying to start org.apache.httpd. I've since removed org.apache.httpd using launchctl without much luck. Also the default installation of apache provided by OSX is not what I use. Even after deliberately uninstalling their version, now I see continuous messages just taxing my CPU with posix_spawnp() continually trying to load /usr/sbin/httpd up. Is there anyway to completely stop launchd and posix_spawnp stop trying to launch apache?

Since you need to use a "version" of Apache I guess that you cannot simply uncheck the personal web sharing service but when you say you you unistalled "their version" do you mean Apple's? What exactly did you do? Did you remove the kext? What version of OS X are we working with?
